Intake
We begin with a 30-minute sit-down session to get to know each other. This initial conversation ensures that we align on your objectives and will decide if I’m the right fit to support your fitness aspirations.

Body analysis
Using skinfold measurements and our body composition scale to get a good view of your starting point we have accurate tools to track your progress. Furthermore, we execute some physical tests to understand what your body can and can’t do.

Writing plan
A personalized plan combining nutrition, training, and lifestyle adjustments to meet your goals. Each plan starts with an assessment to ensure it's realistic and achievable, with strategies for long-term balance and success.

Personal App
Once your plan is ready, you'll get access to the Vincere Fit app. It provides personalized workouts with instructional videos, a tracker for sets and reps, and syncs with MyFitnessPal for easy food tracking. You can also join real-time events to compete with the community and add some fun to your fitness journey.

First session
My personal training sessions focus on strength and conditioning, emphasizing proper movement techniques and understanding the rationale behind each exercise. You'll gain the knowledge and skills to perform movements correctly while building strength and endurance, ensuring you achieve your fitness goals safely and effectively.

Evaluation
At the end of your program , we will schedule a sit-down session to reflect on your progress and celebrate your achievements. During this meeting, we’ll discuss new goals to keep you motivated and engaged in your fitness journey. Additionally, we’ll create a comprehensive plan to help you sustain your results.
